Motivation is the subject for today.

There is something in your life that you continue to do over and over.

Is it:
Simply getting out of bed in the morning?
Eating Healthy?
Exercising?
Doing your Hair?
Cleaning your home?
Driving to work?
Nursing that baby?
Writing in your journal?
Reading a good book?
Volunteering?
Teaching someone something new?
Learning something new?

Where does your drive come from to carry on?

Today...think about something that is a challenge in your life...but you do it and over and over and are glad you do.
Write about why you do it and how you feel when you have completed the task?

It's begun and Four of the Five kids have started soccer. It's so much fun to watch them learn and become better in their skills. Some have scored once, some have scored twice and some have never scored...but just love to kick the ball.
Here are a few things to write about...even if you don't do soccer.

Do you play?
Do you want to play?
       if no..why?
Do you watch?
       if no..why?

Do you cheer?
Do you scream?
Do you want to scream?
Do you coach?
Do you understand the rules?
Do you want to scream because of the rules?

Sept. 23rd is the Fall Equinox...it's still 100 degrees here at my house.

However, there is one tree on the other side of the wall that is trying ever so hard to turn yellow. It's an Arizona Ash and it's working hard to find fall. The trees around it are green as every....can it find the strength to pull fall into Arizona for all of us to enjoy?  I sure hope so...I love to see change in nature!

I use to be scared of getting older...now...it's just a part of life that I love.
