Birthday Birthday why do you punish me?

Yes, that's right....my big 35 b-day is just a few days away and I just can't imagine how I got here. I am still so young in my heart, until I look in that darn mirror and see that silver hair and wrinkles looking back at me, and then reality hits me!

This year I am going to focus on the GOOD LIFE!

Please write some of your fondest birthday memories?
-the fun cake?
-the fun location?
-the coolest gift?
-the embarrassing moment?
-what year has been the hardest to celebrate?
-what age is old to you?

BACK TO SCHOOL

Oh, the memories and smells of the first day of school. I loved it and hated it at the same time. Where I came from you knew everyone you went to school with. You either knew them or their older/younger sister. It was a ball and so exciting.

what are some of the things you remember when going to the first day of school?

Smells of fresh pencil lead?
New Locker combo?
Finding your desk?
Singing songs?
Being shy?
Trying to decide if you liked your teacher or not?
Looking for the cutest boy in your class?
Smells of paper and chalkboards?

What come to mind?
